Delivery Policy

ICON. AMSTERDAM orders are sent out with DHL, DPD or UPS couriers.

A tracking number from ICON. AMSTERDAM is supplied 24hrs after the order is processed dispatched from our warehouse via email.

Netherlands/Belgium - €4,99 (Free for orders over €100/$100/£80)
Delivery time: 1 working day - Order before 23:00 for next day delivery.

Europe - €6.99 (Free for orders over €100/$100/£80)
Delivery time: 2-3 working days

United Kingdom- €6.99 (Free for orders over €100/$100/£80)
Delivery time: 2-3 working days

United States/Canada - €14.99 (Free for orders over €100/$100/£80)
Delivery time: 2-3 working days

Rest Of World - €12.99 (Free for orders over €100/$100/£80)
Delivery time: 7-10 working days

UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY - €19,99. Worldwide delivered within 2-3 working days

A signature may be required upon receipt of the goods and if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.  We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. 


    Returns and exchanges

    Yes, returns are free for the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders from other countries the costs of the return shipment will not be refunded by ICON. Amsterdam.

    If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

    Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

    Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

    Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

    Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer service for the possibilities.

    We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.

    Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.    

    Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with labels still attached.

    ICON. AMSTERDAM cannot accept returns on items bought during a giveaway or sale. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or voucher. 

    Shipping costs for orders outside The Netherlands or Belgium  are not refundable.
